What happens after the free trial?
After your 14-day trial you can choose a plan and subscribe. If you do not subscribe, your data remains accessible but new case entry is paused. You can export your data at any time.
Is patient data stored securely?
Yes. SurgOS pseudonymises all patient identifiers using SHA-256 hashing before storage. No identifiable patient data is stored on SurgOS servers.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Clinic?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from the Billing section of the app. Your existing data carries over seamlessly.
How many surgeons are included in the Clinic plan?
The Clinic plan supports up to 10 user accounts. This includes surgeons, secretaries, and admins.
Is there an annual billing option?
Annual billing with a discount is on our roadmap. Contact us if you are interested.
